Shipping Policy Information

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or peak seasons. Once an order is shipped, I am not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

If an order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office first.

Delivery Timeframe:

Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. The estimated delivery timeframes exclude weekends, public holidays, and any potential delays caused by local shipping carriers due to network congestion, natural disasters (such as floods or bushfires), or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • 8-12 Working Days (approximately) across Australia
  • Some products shipped from outside of Australia will take longer.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.


Returns and Exchanges - Shipping Policy Information

Accept returns

  • Contact me within 7 days of delivery

  • Ship items back within 21 days of delivery

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Items must be returned in original condition

Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Custom and Personalised Orders

Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

I am not responsible for lost packages once they have been marked as delivered, but I’ll do my best to help you resolve the issue.

Digital Downloads (if applicable)

Due to the nature of digital items, all digital downloads are non-refundable.
